Lauren Gouthro is not just an award-winning luxury event planner - she's a moment maker and a focused planning partner with an eye for every detail. As a dedicated supporter of her clients, Lauren will always advocate for their needs and ensure that their vision is brought to life in the most seamless and stress-free way possible. 

With over a decade of experience serving Boston and coastal New England, Lauren has planned everything from intimate elopements to corporate celebrations with over 7,000 attendees, developing a unique skill set from her diverse background. Her extensive career in event production has also included destination event management, luxury wedding planning and corporate event planning. Through these experiences, she identified her desire to provide sophisticated, discerning clients with a curated and refreshing approach to planning their celebrations. Thus, Starborn Weddings + Events was born in 2020. 

Today, Lauren calls Portland, Maine her home, where she resides with her husband, PJ, son, Logan, and black lab, Brody. She is currently creating unforgettable moments for clients from Boston to Charleston and beyond.
